Mr. Page is a Professional Geologist who graduated with a Master of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. He has been a director of the Company since 1990 and President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1996. From 1990 to April 1996 Mr. Page was Vice President of Exploration of the Company. Mr. Page has over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry and is also President of C.E.P. Consulting, a private geological consulting firm. Since 1979 he has served as a director and/or senior officer of fifteen public companies. He is currently a director of two other resource companies Thundermin Resources Inc. and Alexandria Minerals Corporation.
