Companies are chosen to be listed by their size and importance in Canadian business. Most companies have an annual revenue of $10 million or more and/or assets of $10 million or more. Other companies may not meet this criteria, but were chosen because of their growth potential and their strong presence in their industry, or their stock market performance. For example, these may include fibre optics or software companies.

The first is as simple as clicking on the vCard symbol that follows an individual's name in the listing. If your computer has been configured to associate a '.vcf' file type with your contact management software it should open a Contact form completely populated with that contact's title and company information just click "Save and Close" and you have imported that individual's key information into your program.
The second method is a more powerfull method of importing multiple companies into your contact management , database or mail merge application. After you are satsified with the query results of a multiple company search in the Company Listings, just click on the Download Data symbol. After a moment you will be asked whether you want to Open or Save a companies.tsv file. Click on Save (noting the name of the folder it is being saved in). Afterwards you can import this file into your contact management , database or mail merge application using your software's import features for a tab-delimted text file.
