Kiska Metals Corporation (TSX.V: KSK) is a well diversified, exploration company with renowned technical expertise and a sizeable exploration portfolio in the USA, Australia, and Canada. Kiska Metals has a 100% ownership in the Whistler property, located 150 kilometers Northwest of Anchorage, Alaska. The property hosts the Whistler Gold-Copper Deposit, a NI43-101 compliant 2.25 Moz Gold eq indicated and 3.35 Moz Gold eq inferred deposit*. The work to date has outlined an indicated resource of 1.28 million ounces gold, 5.03 million ounces silver, 302 million pounds copper (79.2 million tonnes grading 0.51 g/t gold, 1.97 g/t silver and 0.17% copper) and an inferred resource of 1.85 million ounces gold, 8.21 million ounces silver, and 467 million pounds copper (145.8 million tonnes grading 0.40 g/t gold, 1.75 g/t silver and 0.15% copper). The Whistler property spans 547 sq. kilometers and is within the same geological belt that hosts the world-class Pebble copper-gold porphyry deposit. There have been 4 new discoveries on the Whistler property. The objective of the 2012 program is to advance the Whistler Deposit with metallurgical and preliminary engineering studies and reinterpretation of the deposit geology to revise the geological model. In 2011 an aggressive drill program of 30,300 metres to advance these discoveries was completed.

Jason Weber, P.Geo. President and CEO
Jason joined Rimfire Minerals Corporation in December of 1999 as Manager, Corporate Communications, a position he held until 2007 when he was named President and CEO of Rimfire Minerals Corporation (Now Kiska Metals). His career was launched as a Project Geologist with Equity Engineering Ltd., working in Western Canada, Labrador and Central America. Active in promoting the exploration industry, Jason is past Chair of Mineral Exploration Roundup, one of the world's largest annual exploration conferences. Geoffrey holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Texas Christian University and has over 21 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Chater is a principal of Namron Advisors, a corporate communications consultancy firm. From 1999-2008, Mr. Chater held the position of Manager of Corporate Relations for copper producer First Quantum Minerals Ltd. During his career, Mr. Chater has held similar positions with Greystar Resources Ltd., Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd., Eldorado Gold Corporation, Fairbanks Gold Corporation and Ivanhoe Capital Corporation. George is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Member of Geologic Resource Partners LLC and Portfolio Manager of the associated Geologic Resource Funds. Mr. Ireland has 30 years of experience in all aspects of the resource sector, ranging from field geology to banking and venture capital. Mr. Ireland founded Geologic Resource Partners LLC in 2004. From 2000 to 2004, he was the general partner of Ring Partners, LP, an investment partnership that later merged with the Geologic Fund. From 1991 to 2000, he was an analyst for Knott Partners LP. Mr. Ireland graduated from Phillips Academy and the University of Michigan with a B.S. degree from the School of Natural Resources. Jack holds a B.A.Sc., and M.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering and is a registered professional engineer. Mr. Miller's experience in the resource industry dates back to 1979. He has had various site operating and head office leadership roles in multiple base metals and precious metals operating companies. In these roles Mr. Miller has been responsible for the entire mine development cycle; starting from exploration, through development and finally to operations. John has been the Chief Operating Officer of Geologic Resource Partners, LLC since its inception in 2004. He has been involved in the investment banking and money management industry for over twenty years and has held positions with Morgan Stanley and the General Electric Company. John has a Masters of Business Administration from University of California at Los Angeles and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. Bipin Ghelani, CA Director
Mr. Ghelani is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial, accounting and taxation matters. Mr. Selby holds a B.Comm (Hons.) degree and is currently Senior Vice President, Business Development for Royal Nickel Corporation. Mr. Selby founded Selby & Co. in 2006 to provide consulting advice to mining companies and investors on the outlook for base metals and resource equity valuation. His prior positions include: Assistant Vice-President, Strategic Planning & Business Development (2005-2007) and Director, Market Research (2001-2004) with Inco Limited and Principal at Mercer Management Consulting (1994-2001). Prior to joining the group, Mark was a senior geologist with Equity Engineering Ltd. While at Equity, Mark was the driving force behind the Wolverine massive sulphide discovery in Yukon Territory in 1995. Mark holds a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. from McMaster University. David A. Caulfield, P.Geo. Vice President of Business Development
David plays an integral role in building the business through its strategic partnerships. Prior to joining the group he was the co-founder and President of Equity Engineering Ltd., a privately held geological consulting firm. David served as the 2005 President of the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia (AME BC) , a non-profit association that advocates a healthy and environmentally sound exploration and mining sector in British Columbia. Chris joined the group in July 2011 as Senior Accountant and was appointed CFO in November 2012. He brings over 10 years of experience to the company in the areas of accounting, audit, internal controls, finance and taxation including four years at Ernst & Young LLP where he worked primarily with Canadian publicly listed mining companies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia.

 Jason Weber P.Geo. President & CEO | Prior to Kiska, Jason held the position of President and CEO for Rimfire Minerals Corporation, a position he held since 2007. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, he acted as Manager of Corporate Communications for Rimfire from 1999-2007. Jason was appointed President and CEO of Kiska Metals Corporation in August 2009, upon the merger of Rimfire and Geoinformatics Exploration to create Kiska. His career was launched in 1993 as a Project Geologist with two consulting groups and a Vancouver–based junior explorer. In 1995 Jason joined Equity Engineering Ltd., working in Western Canada, Labrador and Central America. Active in promoting the exploration industry, Jason is past Chair of Mineral Exploration Roundup, one of the world's largest annual exploration conferences and is a member of the board of directors for the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia.
