Aquila Resources Inc. (AQA – TSX) is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in the United States and Canada. Aquila's principal property is the Back Forty Project, which is located in Menominee County, Michigan, United States of America. This project is in an advanced stage exploration and delineation of a volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposit containing zinc, gold, silver and copper. The project is currently advancing toward production under a Subscription, Option and Joint Venture Agreement with HudBay Minerals. In addition to the Back Forty Project, Aquila Resources is actively exploring in other areas of the United States and Canada for base metals as well as gold and silver.

 Thomas O. Quigley President & CEO | Mr. Quigley, a Professional Geologist, obtained a Masters of Science degree in Geology from Queen’s University in 1990 from the Mineral Exploration Program (QMinEx). He also attended the University of Minnesota, obtaining a Masters of Science degree in Biology in 1978. Mr. Quigley has extensive exploration experience as an industry and consulting geologist throughout North America. He has been President of Minerals Processing Corporation since its inception in 1995, and President of Aquila Resources Inc. since 2004. Mr. Quigley is responsible for strategic planning, property acquisitions and ongoing technical evaluation of the Back Forty Project and is the Qualified Person for Aquila Resources Inc. |
