St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (“St Andrew” or “SAS”) is a Canadian based gold mining and exploration company with an extensive land package in the Timmins mining district, Northeastern Ontario, Canada, which lies within the world famous Abitibi greenstone belt. SAS began production at its Holloway Mine in October 2009, the Hislop Mine at the end of June 2010, and has now commenced pre-production activities at the Holt Mine. Ore from these three operations is processed at the company’s 3,000 tonne per day Holt Mill. SAS will produce 85,000 ounces of gold this year, and 110,000 ounces of gold in 2011 once all three mines are fully operational. SAS commenced exploration activities on this exciting 120 km long package of claims host to the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone (“PDFZ”), which is associated with numerous gold deposits and mines in the region. SAS is targeting exploration at numerous sites with an initial focus near the existing operations as well as in areas where limited drilling has returned anomalous gold values and an assortment of conceptual targets. SAS has proven its abilities to deliver on its objectives, and is on track to becoming a junior producer in the Timmins Camp. Its shareholders will be rewarded by its efforts to improve the quality of the Company through production and future growth through continued exploration and development.
