Geologix Explorations Inc. (GIX — TSX) is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing mineral resource opportunities with the potential to host world class mineral deposits. The Company’s primary focus is the Tepal Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Michoacán State, Mexico, where the Company is aggressively exploring for potential resource expansion, and advancing toward preliminary economic assessment of the project in its ongoing effort to upgrade and increase the scale and viability of this emerging project. Following the market collapse of the fall of 2008, Geologix sought to take advantage of the distressed markets by electing to leverage its healthy working capital, management expertise, and solid technical abilities to identify and acquire undervalued mineral resource projects and exploration properties at discounted purchase prices. In 2009 Geologix made two key acquisitions, the Tepal Project in Michoacán State, Mexico, and the Libertad Property in Sonora, Mexico.

Tepal Gold-Copper Porphyry Project — Michoacán State, Mexico Location: The Tepal Project is located in Michoácan State, Mexico. The project is 70 kilometres west of Apatzigán and 170 kilometres south of Guadalajara, one of the largest cities in Mexico. Ownership: Geologix has the right to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Tepal Project by way of an Option to Purchase Agreement with Arian Silver Corp. Royalties: 2.5% NSR payable to Minera Tepal S.A. de C.V. Under the terms of the Option to Purchase Agreement, Geologix would be granted a Right of First Refusal on the purchase of the NSR. Tepal Project Details: A report on Tepal prepared by ACA Howe International Ltd. has estimated an inferred resource of 72.7 million tonnes grading 0.49 grams/tonne ("g/t") gold and 0.25% copper, for a contained 1.15 million ozs gold and 413 million lbs copper or 2.4 million oz. gold equivalent based on $700/oz. gold and $2.20/lb copper metal prices (see www.geologix.ca for details on the resource estimation). The known resource remains open for possible expansion in multiple directions and numerous highly prospective targets remain untested throughout the project area.
The Tepal Project is located in the northwest portion of Michoacán State, Mexico. Local and regional infrastructure is excellent, with paved roads, deep sea port access, and low topographical relief. The project is comprised of 6 concessions covering approximately 138 square kilometres.
The Company has initiated programs of trenching, sampling and drill target delineation in advance of a next phase drill program expected to test new target areas and upgrade the current resource.

Libertad Gold-Silver Project Location: The Libertad Property is located 20 kilometres (km) south of the La Fortuna Del Cobre porphyry copper district and 15 km south east of the Gulf of California deep water port town of Puerto Libertad. The city of Hermosillo is located 250 km to the southeast of the property. Ownership: Geologix has the right to acquire up to an 85% interest in the Libertad Property from Riverside Resources Inc. Royalties: There is no underlying royalty on the property. Libertad Project Details: The Libertad property is comprised of the 160 km² Libertad concessions and the central 485 hectare Destierro property. The Destierro property has encountered numerous geochemical surface samples with analytical results of up to 8.0 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and up to 198 g/t silver (Ag). The property has never been drill tested. Mineralization throughout the property shows evidence of a low sulphidation system with bladed quartz textures and banded adularia-quartz veins overprinting earlier shear zone mineralization. The targets of exploration activities will be low sulphidation stockwork and shear zone related gold-silver mineralization as well as porphyry related disseminated copper and molybdenum mineralization.
