Company Notes:Penn West Energy Trust acquired publicly-traded Petrofund Energy Trust in June 2006, and acquired publicly-traded Canetic Resources Trust and publicly-traded Vault Energy Trust in January 2008. In July 2008 Penn West Energy Trust acquired publicly-traded Endev Energy Inc. On or about January 1, 2011 Penn West Energy Trust reorganized itself as a corporation through an arrangement whereby unitholders of the Trust exchanged their units on a one-for-one basis into the common shares of a newly-incorporated entity named Penn West Petroleum Ltd.
